HUMBOLDT—Humboldt splashed 13 three-pointers and scored 34 points off 21 Algona turnovers in a 90-48 rout of the red-and-black in the opening round of the Class 3A sub-state boys basketball tournament on Monday, Feb. 24.

The Wildcats drained nine three-pointers in the opening half to build a huge halftime lead and never took their foot off the gas ending the game strong with a 19-0 run to start the fourth quarter.
