Donald Reimers passed away Jan. 28, 2025, at the Kossuth Regional Health Center at the age of 90. Funeral service was 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 3, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Burt. Services were livestreamed via Lentz Funeral Home’s website. Interment took place at Burt Township Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday, Feb. 2, from 4 - 6 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Burt. Ramona Irene Henry, 68, of Algona, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2025. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Ramona’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Connie was born in Algona, to Camilla (Bollig) Metzger and Clarence Metzger Sr. She is survived by her brothers, Robert Metzger and Clarence Metzger, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Shirley Callesen.
