MARY JEROME, 89, ALGONA: passed away Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025, at the Kossuth Regional Health Center in Algona. Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Lentz Funeral Home in Algona. Family and friends departed from the funeral home at 10:45 a.m. to process to Lu Verne Township Cemetery in Lu Verne where graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Services have been entrusted to Lentz Funeral Home of Algona.

MARLENE WILHELMI, 83, BANCROFT: died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025, at her home near Bancroft. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 8 at Divine Mercy Parish - St. John's Catholic Church in Bancroft. Thomas (Tom) Wayne Zeigler of Blaine, Minn. was born Aug. 1, 1944, in Algona, the son of Earl and Dorothy (Brown) Zeigler. He grew up in Algona where he attended school, graduating from Algona High School in 1962. Following high school Tom attended Dunwoody Technical Institute in Minneapolis, Minn. earning a degree in auto body.

DON NETTLETON, ALGONA: Funeral services for Don Nettleton will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Algona, with Pastor Ben Dose officiating.
