Algona Middle School Principal, James Rotert, and a group of concerned teachers just opened the BARK Food Pantry at the athletic field. They are open twice a week and carry food and household items that students and their families can come and get.

Items come from the Iowa Food Bank, Hy-Vee, Fareway, local businesses, civic groups as well as individual citizen’s of Kossuth County.
