ALGONA—The KRHC Foundation’s annual Legacy Ball is set for November 5 at the Columbia Events Center in Algona featuring a tropical atmosphere and menu.  This year will mark the 20th annual Legacy Ball with Mark Davis, PA chosen as the honorary Legacy Legend.
