ALGONA—Third-ranked Algona scored the first three times they touched the football and never looked back in a 35-0 shutout homecoming game victory over the Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley Nighthawks on Friday, Sept. 20.

After three early scores, the red-and-black defense took over as they scored twice on pick six interceptions and limited the visiting Nighthawks to just 79 total yards on the evening.
