The Iowa Order of the Eastern Star makes annual awards for religious leadership through the ESTARL program (Eastern Star Training Award for Religious Leadership). The ESTARL program was established in 1953 and has given awards every year since then. The Algona Chapter #68 OES has donated to this program annually and refers individuals to the Iowa Eastern Star Education Board. The Algona Chapter was pleased to recommend Debra Copple this year.
