Todd Anthony Bradley

Lead Summary

Jan. 27, 1967 — March 13, 2017

It is with a heavy heart the Bradley family announces the passing of Todd Anthony Bradley formerly of Algona.
Todd died unexpectedly March 13 at his Mother’s residence in Marble Hill, Mo.  He succumbed from complications caused by a severe stroke he suffered six years earlier. His body was laid to rest along side his aunt, Maureen Angle and his stepfather Ron Aure in a small cemetery outside of Marble Hill.
Todd was the first child and only son of Anthony “Tony” Bradley and Marcia “Angle” Aure, both originally of Algona.  Before the Bradley family moved from Algona to Livermore, Todd attended Seton School and Bishop Garrigan Catholic High School. Todd was a 1985 graduate of Twin Rivers High School in Bode.  After High School, Todd continued his education, graduating from the University of Minnesota, Mankato, with a degree specializing in Computer Science.
Following graduation from college he attained management positions with several Fortune 500 companies in their computer departments. He was one of the original computer specialists selected by General Motor’s for their new Saturn Division.  There he held various positions from programming their automated assembly processes at their new automotive plant in Spring Hill, Tenn., to supervisor in their quality control programs. Throughout his career, Todd continued to improve his knowledge in the computer field by taking advanced programming courses and participating in Premier Knowledge Solutions and many online classes. In 2014, Todd moved to the St Louis area to be near his sisters and parents. There he participated at the U of M and in the “Launch Code” program, while he did research for the Connected Car company, VinLogx.com that his father, Tony Bradley, developed.  Todd loved his computer studies but also took time for restoring cars, gardening and enjoyed “antique hunting “ with his sisters in his spare time.
Todd was the first grandchild of Walt and Alida Bradley and was preceded in death by those grandparents, as well as Earl and Ella Mae Angle. He was also preceded by his aunts Mary Ann “Bradley” Cronin, Therese “Bradley” Karlen and Lucinda “Cindy Bradley” Fitzgerald and Maureen Angle.
Todd is survived by his son, Blake, who will graduate this May from the University of Memphis. Also by his father Anthony “Tony” Bradley of St. Louis Mo. and his mother Marcia “Angle” Aure of Marble Hill, Mo., his sisters Tonya “Bradley” Cort and Tess “Bradley” Duffy of St. Louis, Taedra “Bradley” Hickem, of Perryville, Mo., a step brother, Aaron Aure and a stepsister, Michelle McKenna, and all of his beloved nieces and nephews. We will miss his infectious smile, his delightful laugh, his special sense of humor and his soft polite gentlemanly manner. Todd never met a person he didn’t like or that didn’t like him, so he will surely be missed by many old as well as recent friends.
“Rest in peace, Todd-Boy, we will all miss you until we meet again,” your uncle Walter.
