The Tietz Park shelter house and restroom project will need to be built for less than proposed if it is to be approved by the city council.
During a work session on Monday, Feb. 18, the city council discussed with city staff the proposed budget of the shelter and bathrooms. City Administrator Curt Wiseman gave an estimate of around $475,000 for the scope of the project.
