When you read this, Thanksgiving will be over. However, I'm writing this a week before the feast since I'll be kinda busy the week of. Why, you say? So glad you asked. I'm doing Thanksgiving for a cast of thousands. Okay, 10, but for me, that's a cast of thousands.
This is my once-a-year foray into the kitchen. I bought a 16-pound bird so no one will leave hungry. And I love leftovers. I would live on leftovers if I could because all I have to do is pop them in the microwave, I'm really good at popping stuff into the microwave. I think I'll add that to my resume, right after, "She's really good at scooping up after her dog."
