During the final moments of their regular meeting last Tuesday, Sept. 3, the Kossuth County Board of Supervisors discussed civility during their meetings.
Supervisor Chair Jack Plathe expressed disappointment in some conduct outside of the board of supervisors meetings, particularly in regard to certain Facebook posts.
