SPIRIT LAKE—North Union lost a trio of matches at the Spirit Lake volleyball tournament that was played on Saturday, Sept. 10.

The green-black-and-silver lost to Spirit Lake by the score of 21-19 and 21-11, to Charles City 21-12 and 21-14 and to 10^th ranked (Class 1A) Newell-Fonda by the scores of 18-21, 21-15 and 9-15.
