ALGONA—Brandon Nielsen of Spencer was the big winner of the $1,000 Jess Weishaar Memorial race held on Thursday, July 20 at the Kossuth County Speedway.

A total of 62 cars signed in at the pit shack for an exciting evening of dirt track racing as the hobby stock class had the highest car count at 22 followed by the stock cars with 13 and there were 10 sport mods at the track.
