ALGONA—Bishop Garrigan prepared for a Top of Iowa Conference showdown with Forest City for the league title on Tuesday with a 9-1 conference victory over the North Iowa Bison on Monday, June 30.

The black-and-gold scored single runs in the second, third and fourth innings along with four in the fifth and two more tallies in the sixth frame in the win as the Bison scored their only tally of the game in the top of the fifth stanza.
