ALGONA—Playing some of their best volleyball of the season, the young Bishop Garrigan Golden Bear squad went 2-4 in matches and 6-9 in games at the Bishop Garrigan tournament played on Saturday, Sept. 28.

The black-and-gold defeated West Hancock 21-10 and 21-15 before falling to Top of Iowa Conference for Garner-Hayfield/Ventura 17-21, 21-12 and 14-16.
