GILMORE CITY—North Union erupted for eight runs in the top of the sixth inning to break a 7-7 deadlock and went onto a 19-8 non-conference baseball victory on Tuesday, May 27 over the West Bend-Mallard Wolverines.

The visitors scored three runs in the top of the first inning and the purple-and-gold responded with two runs in the bottom of the stanza.
