Circuit Court to be in session

Circuit Court. ----- Next week the Circuit Court will be in session here, Judge Zuver presiding. The calendar shows about seventy cases, but doubtless many will of these will go over to the next term. This will be Judge Zuver’s first appearance here in his judicial capacity. Our attorneys who have already had occsasion to practice before him, speak in very high terms of his judicial ability.
