EMS needs 60 percent from voters

I first began serving on a fire and ambulance crew back in 1996 and have observed a lot of changes in emergency medical care since then. Regulations and training requirements for EMS services have changed. The availability of volunteers has changed, and so have the communities we serve. 

There is one change that I’m glad to see - the ability for EMS to become an essential service.
