Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017, at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Adair.

BANCROFT — A funeral Mass for John Droessler, 93, will be held on Friday at 10:30 a.m., at St. John’s Catholic Church, Bancroft. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Bancroft American Legion.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m., on Thursday at Oakcrest Funeral Services of Bancroft with a rosary beginning at 4 p.m..

Norma A. Paetz, 94, of Iowa City, passed away Friday, Sept. 22, 2017, at Lantern Park Care Center in Coralville.  A memorial service will be held in Algona at a later time.  Her family includes her two daughters, Marilyn Paetz of Iowa City and Christal Paetz of Medford, Oregon.
