MASON CITY —  Roderick Lemeual Demetrius Lewis, 18, of Mason City, died Monday, April 10, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa.  Memorial services were held at 2 p.m., on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, with the Rev. Victoria Clark of New Foundation Christian Fellowship Church in Phoenix officiating.  There will be a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service.

Funeral services for Earl Loss were celebrated on Saturday, April 8, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Johnson officiating. Burial was in East Lawn Cemetery.
Earl Lee Loss was born Oct. 27, 1932, in Kossuth County Iowa, the son of Stephan and Isabell (Decker) Loss. He grew up on the family farm and attended country school. After his schooling he began farming with his brother.

A funeral Mass was held at 10:30 a.m., on Tuesday April 4, 2017, at St. Cecelia Catholic Church.  Visitation was held from 4-7 p.m., on Monday April 3, 2017, at Oakcrest Funeral Services, Algona. Interment was held in Calvary Catholic Cemetery following the funeral Mass.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wesley. Visitation will be held one hour prior to funeral mass.
James Robert Meurer was born on July 30, 1931, in Wesley, the son of J.T. and Josephine (Brass) Meurer. He attended St. Joseph Catholic School until the eighth grade and then graduated from Wesley High School.

A funeral service for Charles Tindall will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Corwith, with the Rev. Barbara Chapman officiating.  Visitation was held from 4-7 p.m., on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Corwith.  Interment will be held in the Corwith Cemetery.

A funeral service was held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday April 8, 2017, at Good Hope Lutheran Church, Titonka, with the Rev. S. Kim Peterson officiating.  Visitation was held 1 hour prior the service, also at the church.  Interment was held in Good Hope Lutheran Cemetery, Titonka.

Funeral services for Ronald Eugene Radig were held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, April 6, 2017, at Immanuel Lutheran Church with the Rev. Thomas Marth, officiating. Visitation was held from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday at Henry-Olson Funeral chapel in Estherville. Interment was at East Side Memorial cemetery in Estherville.

Koppen, age 83, died Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Gentiva Hospice, Athens, Ga.  Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017, with a visitation at 9:30 a.m. The Funeral Mass will immediately follow at 10:30 a.m., at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Wesley, with the Rev. Peter Nguyen officiating.

BANCROFT — A funeral Mass for Inez Lensing, 90, of Bancroft will be held Saturday at 11 a.m., at St. John’s Catholic Church in Bancroft.  Burial will be in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery.  
Visitation will be from 5 -7 p.m.,  on Friday at Oakcrest Funeral Services of Bancroft with a scripture prayer service beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Kristi Green, age 49 of Humboldt, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge. Private family services will be held on a later date. The Ubben-Lentz Funeral Home in Humboldt is serving the family.

 Gerald «Jerry» Alex Radig, 94, passed away March 28 at Trinity Care Center at Luther Park in Des Moines.
