ALGONA—The Algona City Council will hold a public hearing on Sept. 18 at 5 p.m. to discuss a request from the Kossuth County Fair Board to rezone the Kossuth County Fairgrounds from Conservation(CN) to Highway Business Service (HBS).

The purpose of rezone will allow the fairboard to sell advertising on their electronic sign.
