ALGONA—Jack Limbaugh Sr. became a business owner in Algona on March 10, 1952 when he purchased OK Rubber Welders located across from the Kossuth County Courthouse on Thorington Street in downtown Algona. A southwest Iowa native, Jack Sr., started the business with just two employees besides himself.
