ALGONA—The Leadership Algona Class project is requesting financial help for this years project. They’ve held fundraising events such as Polar Express Night, Comedy Night, Easter Festival and three bake sales which raised roughly $8,000 to use towards the project.

The class would like to create a new structure on the lawn at the corner of Jones and State St. next to the Iowa State Drive-up Bank.
