Long time Kossuth County resident, Mrs. Marion Knoll, will celebrate her 102nd birthday on July 9. Born in 1923 on a farm outside Liberty, Saskatchewan, her parents were Arthur Leo Morgan Jackman and Grace Cruikshank Jackman. Mrs. Knoll lived with her parents and three sisters in Canada until the family returned to the U.S. in 1934, where her parents farmed in the Lotts Creek area of the county.
