Kiwanis Christmasland in Humboldt will open for the holiday season Friday, Nov. 29. This is the 42nd year of operation. This popular holiday attraction sponsored by the Humboldt/Dakota City Noon Kiwanis Club, has been visited by more than 115,000 people since its opening in 1982. Visitors from most of the 50 U.S. states and some foreign countries have seen the displays. Last year there was an estimated 2,500 visitors to Kiwanis Christmasland.
