DES MOINES—The Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship and the United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) have confirmed positive cases of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in Kossuth and Cerro Gordo Counties.
