CLEAR LAKE—Kurt Rueber from the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals will be the keynote speaker on March 4 at the annual farmers market workshop hosted by Healthy Harvest of North Iowa. Rueber will be covering changes to Iowa’s cottage food laws as the result of passage of HF2431 in 2022.
