WESLEY—The time has finally come for Wesley’s big celebration taking place from Saturday, July 2 through Monday, July 4 to celebrate its 150th birthday.

In June of 1871, O J Emmons presented a petition of 66 signatures requesting that townships 96, 97 and the north part of 95, range 27 be set off and organized as it’s own township to be called Wesley.
