The Algona Fire Station hosted a fun night out for Exceptional Opportunities residents, their families and staff on Monday, June 6. The public safety night was part of the Algona Summer Rec Department Discovery program. 

Party goers got to meet and visit with the firemen, tour the station and fire trucks, were treated to Dilly bars and the brave ones got to try their hand at spraying the fire hose, assisted by fireman Brad Baloun. Amy Frankl-Brandt photos
