ALGONA—The Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office is honored to recognize Deacon Bill Black of Algona as the January 1440 Citizen of the Month. Deacon Bill was nominated by the 3rd floor nurses at Kossuth Regional Health Center for his volunteer efforts in visiting people in the hospital, community and schools.
