ALGONA—David Bibler of Algona was selected as the recipient of The Iowa State Bar Association’s most prestigious honor, the annual Award of Merit. Created in 1947, the Award of Merit recognizes an individual’s selfless dedication to the legal profession, the bar association and their communities.
