ALGONA—No written or verbal comments were received at the Wednesday, August 30 public hearing pertaining to the proposed Algona Municipal Utilities US Highway 18 water main improvement project.

Following the public hearing, AMU CEO John Bilsten said the board of trustees reviewed the bids and postponed action of acceptance of the bids.
