ALGONA—When selecting new inventory to fill her store, Cultivate Family Shop, Mandy Arthur searches for good quality and comfortable clothing for children and women.

Mandy and her husband, Darren, became store owners on January 1 of this year when they purchased the former Cultivate Boutique in downtown Algona from Abby Bollig.
