Louise Phillips, who was born in Algona, went to be with the Lord on July 3, 2017, at Scottish Rite Park.
A memorial service was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 8, 2017, at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Des Moines.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Scottish Rite Health Care Center or St. Croix Hospice.
