Shara Long started Exercise from the Heart to help friends and community members with unforseen medical expenses.
In May, Long exercised for Terri Doocy and Laurie Meyer, sisters both suffering from polycystic kidney disease which can lead to kidney failure, and Stacy Besch, who is facing a medical mystery.
