A memorial service for Shirley Everding will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Ramsey Reformed Church in rural Titonka. Burial will be held in Buffalo Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Roger McNeill, 62 of Humboldt, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025 while under Hospice care, at home with Leslie by his side. Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 7, at the Livermore American Legion, with military rites by the Iowa Army National Guard and the Otto – Field American Legion Post # 415 of Livermore. Services will be livestreamed via Lentz Funeral Home’s website. Visitation is Friday, June 6, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Lentz Funeral Home in Humboldt.

JANICE OLSON, 90, FORMERLY OF BODE AND HUMBOLDT: passed away on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025, at West Bend Health and Rehabilitation. A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 1 - 3 p.m. at the Bode Community Center.

A lunch will be held prior to the visitation at the Bode Community Center from 12 until 1 p.m. Private Family Inurnment will take place at the St. Olaf Cemetery in Bode. Lentz Funeral Home of Humboldt is assisting the family.

Funeral services for Dr. LeRoy Strohman were held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 1 p.m. at the Algona Evangelical Free Church, with Pastor Dan Jordan officiating. Interment was at Riverview Cemetery.

Dr. LeRoy Strohman was born on Nov. 4, 1934, to Wilford and Olive (Fuhrmeister) Strohman. He attended West Waterloo High School where he wrestled for Hall of Fame coach Bob Siddens.

A funeral Mass for Sharon Schiltz, 81, of Algona, was held Saturday, May 24th, 2025, at 10:30 AM at Divine Mercy Parish ~ St. Cecelia Catholic Church in Algona.   The Mass was livestreamed on the Divine Mercy Parish YouTube Page.   Memorials may be directed to the Sharon K. Schiltz Memorial Fund, in which the family will distribute to her favorite charities in her memory.

ELDON MONSON, 96, LIVERMORE: passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, doing what he loved to do, farming. Funeral services were held 10:30 a.m. Saturday May 10 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Livermore. Burial took place at Union Cemetery of rural Livermore.  Visitation was  held on Friday, May 9 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Lentz Funeral Home of Livermore is serving the family.
