ALGONA—The City of Algona Parks and Recreation Department hosted an open house at the Tietz Park Shelter on Friday, March 24 from 9:30 a.m. until noon. The public was invited to stop by for a walk-through of the new shelter house. Coffee and light refreshments were available.
