William Hellman, 92, Bancroft, spent a month in a nursing home. He wanted nothing to do with it. That's why Hellman is happy he found out about a veterans benefit that helps him remain in his home.
Hellman receives assistance from the Kossuth Regional Health Center home health program. Home health consists of nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work and home care.
