For more than three decades, the Howard and Katherine Hoenk Foundation has provided financial support to local college students studying agriculture, medicine, nursing, veterinary medicine and related fields. In recent years, the foundation passed a milestone, giving away more money than the amount with which the foundation was originally seeded, while still growing.
