Rasmussen and Christoffel engaged
                Dwight and Ruth Rasmussen, Wesley, and Dean and Lisa Christoffel, Le Mars, announce the engagement of Gina Rasmussen to Derek Christoffel of Hinton.
                The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of Bishop-Garrigan High School. She received a degree in psychology from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, in 2012, and a doctorate in physical therapy from Des Moines University in 2015. She is a physical therapist at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City.
                Christoffel graduated from Gehlen Catholic High School in Le Mars in 2005. He received a degree in environmental science from Briar Cliff University, Sioux City,  in 2009. He is a park ranger for Plymouth County Conservation.
