Let's get this straight. Kossuth County Auditor Amber Garman delivered an agenda for the Aug. 27 board of supervisors meeting on time and met the requirements of the Code of Iowa.
Last week's Advance carried a report about how she was challenged at that day's meeting regarding the timely delivery of the agenda. It led to questions about whether the meeting could be held. It escalated into a situation that led Garman to leave the meeting for a period of time. It led to news media members being questioned about when they received an agenda.
