ALGONA — Algona City Council approved the resolution for the engineering service agreement with Clapsaddle-Garber Associates (CGA) for land acquisition on Monday, Nov. 5. A 240-foot long parcel of land on the norhtside of the airport’s runway near U.S. Highway 18 was determined to be an obstruction.
