Diane Marie Logue, 65, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019, at her home in Independence, Minn. A memorial service will be held at Parkside Church, 9560 Paradise Lane, Waconia, Minn. on Wednesday, Feb. 13. Visitation is at 10 a.m., with the service at 11 a.m. followed by food and fellowship. The interment will be at a later date in East Lawn Cemetery in Algona.
Diane was born July 21, 1953, in Algona to Duane and Delores (Geilenfeldt) Logue. Diane was an avid horse lover, cherished aunt and devoted community volunteer. Diane owned and operated Tizmar Equine, a successful farm and feed business. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, David Logue. Survivors include her nephew, David (Amy) Logue of Chaska, Minn.; niece, DeJenae (Lee) Logue of Seattle, Wash.; great-nieces, Jessica and Emily of Chaska; sister-in-law, Debbie Logue of Brainerd, Minn.; and aunt, Dorothy Rainey of Algona. Funeral arrangements were with the Bertas Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Chaska, Minn.
