More than $4 million coming to Kossuth County from federal American Rescue Plan

ALGONA—Governments in Kossuth County are expected to receive more than $4.2 million from the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan Act, which was passed by Congress in March and signed by President Joe Biden last week.
