Iowa Lakes plan could change during year

ESTHERVILLE—A plan is in place for the COVID-19 pandemic as classes start at Iowa Lakes Community College, but that plan could change at any time, according to Valerie Newhouse, president at Iowa Lakes Community College.

“We adjust our plans every week. The most recent one was all faculty on campus even they will be teaching remotely,” she said. “They would be available if the student had a question. We’re not going to start that way now. Our faculty are teaching solely remotely probably at their home.”
